Every issue has been taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. We are very pleased with the customer service.
Wow, I am really amazed at the quality and superior client care this property management company provides! We needed a service order for maintenance on two of our ceiling fans. The website to request service maintenance is super user-friendly. We received notification who the service order was being assigned to within 48 hours. The electrician “maintenance” tech Joe R. troubleshooted our two ceiling fans with a very professional and superior client care. He knew what the problem was and communicated the whole time his process to let me know what to expect. I am so glad that my family has chosen to do business with Service Star Realty. All employees we have communicated with speaks English. This is important to me because I am not bilingual and other property management companies we have had business with send out maintenance techs that speak another language and them stating no English, making it difficult to help them troubleshoot or truly explain what the issue was. Thank you for being amazing Joe R. with your superior client care and professionalism!

They are the best! I had a stove problem and had to leave out of town. They were amazing and worked with me to reschedule for when I got back in to town. Unfortunately upon my return my house had been broken into. I called Debi to let her know I had a broken window. She immediately started working on making my house secure, pushing to get everything done ASAP. I had Alvin calling and checking to make sure I had everything scheduled and completed.
