Very kind gentleman working there, even though I was unable to purchase a shirt do to being out of the color I wanted. They took down my information and told me they'd give me a call once they got it in. They have preset designs but they also are able to do custom designs. 10/10 recommend

It is a kiosk in the mall, they completed my job on same-day short notice so I am thankful. I provided the design, so they were able to print 14 T-shirts for the occasion, same day.

My rating would have been only one star if their customer service team were not so great! This was my first time using this site to order shirts. I ordered two black shirts with a front and back image. I uploaded and designed the shirt, submitted my order and received my confirmation email. I ordered these shirts for a concert we were attending and was so excited when the email came they were being shipped. When I opened the package, I was extremely disappointed. The images were stickers on a shirt; I was not expecting that kind of look for a printed shirt. The shirt was black and the stickers had a brown background and were very stiff. I emailed the customer service team and received an explanation to why the shirts were printed that way. I wished they had communicated that to me prior to printing and let me decided if that was the look I wanted. I would NOT have gone ahead with the order! However, their team made it work, changed what needed to be changed and reprinted the shirts at no extra cost to me. We just received the shirts and we love them! I wished we had them for the concert but in the end, we are extremely happy with the reprint! Side Note: We washed the first set of shirts we received and followed the washing instructions; the images both began peeling away from the shirt.
