Save your time, money and energy. My car was hit while parked. Back 2 New had their workers there to assist. They assured me they could fix my car. It took more than 6 months for them to fix my car and I had to send it back because they didn’t do the job properly. After having my car for 6 months!! I received my car back. I had to send my car back because things were still wrong including missing/uneven frame work on the inside/outside of my car and a horrible repaint job. When I would call and go to the shop to check on my car the staff continued to give me the run around, and the female manager was conveniently never around. They continued Insuring my car would be done with in a week. I was 1 week‘d into 6-7 months If this was the last place on earth I’d figure out how to do the work myself

Scam no one is ever in the office got into an accident my car was Taken by them, 3 days later, I tried to go to their office figure out where did they take my car to, so I could grab my stuff out of it. I go there at 2 o'clock PM and no one is in the office. Then i went the next day around 10am and no one is still in there this continued for a week and still no response Do not get any services from them. They are a SCAM!!!

This place is a total scam and watch out they changed their name to Abby’s out of Ridley on Swarthmore ave. They are being investigated I talked to numerous people and know a lot of people in that area.

I was in a accident an they towed my car their. I informed my friend what shop I was at and she told me how they are horrible and always scamming. So I automatically wanted my car back asap! The owner wouldn’t give me my car because it was the weekend and he didn’t know the fees. Wouldn’t even give me my key back. The next day I went to the lot and stole my car back since I had no paper work besides the tow. The owner never even knew it was missing off the lot. I spoke to progressive and they ask me if my car was total and I told them no! He was plotting on reselling my car and I would of been out of car. He’s playing a very dangerous game and not to mention insurance fraud.

TOTAL SCAM. Was in a fender bender and my car was towed there. It sat for 11 days before they said they "didn't have a mechanic to fix it". They lost my key and it's been a month. I'm still trying to get the key. Reporting to better business bureau

*LAWSUIT INCOMING* They are the rudest and most incompetent mechanic I have ever seen. They don’t answer the phones, never call you back, and when you do talk to someone there is always something else they “find” that needs to be fixed. It took them 6 months to “fix” my car, only to find out they never actually replaced the things the insurance paid them to replace! Steering column, tire rods, control arm.. never replaced despite being paid and telling me they were fixed. They are the scummiest pieces of trash I have ever met and they take advantage of everyone that has the unfortunate circumstance of stepping into their shop. I am seeking legal action to hopefully put them out of business for good. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrible excuse for a company. The only reason we took our car there is because someone from the company witnessed the accident and said they could tow it to their shop. Totally took advantage of me. When we would call they simply wouldn’t answer. We would leave message after message asking for updates. Usually we would get no response it if we could get ahold of someone they would give an extremely vague estimate. We also caught them in multiple lies. They would say the car is at a differEnt mechanic and they already dropped it off when they didn’t. Over 4 months later!!!! I got my car back today and the alignment is off. Every time I would talk about my concerns they would just give me an excuse. Worst company I ever dealt with.

Worst body shop and experience ever. Very unprofessional, poor communication and not done in an agreed timely manner. I had to keep extending my rental and going back up to the shop to check on my car because they didn’t answer the phone. Parts that were supposed to be replaced was never replaced. The paint job was terrible and uneven. I had paint in places paint shouldn’t had been and the paint has dirt stains as if dust dried into the paint. The rear bumper was put on incorrectly and caused my trunk to be off track and now it won’t shut correctly. I have a 2018 car but not the trunk sound like it’s a 1998 car. I would never recommend them to anyone and I say avoid them by any means necessary. Paying the deductible elsewhere is totally worth it compared to the job they do.
