Backpackers Shop Of Ohio Canoe Adventures

I bought a new pair of hiking boots. The gentleman that help me was very knowledgeable. In what I was looking for. He did not steer me in something more expensive, just because it was more expensive. He showed me something because I needed it ,it was greatly appreciated. I guess the only thing I would change in my visit. I was looking around the clothing department. A gentleman was having a conversation. I thought he was another customer and he ended up somebody that worked there. And then, kind of rudely, he says, I have to close this section. After I had to hear a rendition of his life. I don't know if he was talking to another employee or to a customer. It was very weird. What I left. But the rest of my stay at the backpack or shop was great I would go back

I attended one of their weekly seminars which are free. But this is a fantastic shop. Staff is knowledgeable and not pushy. They really enjoy what they do and want to help you enjoy the outdoors without breaking the bank

This shop has some of the nicest and most helpful individuals working here. That on top of the best selection of gear in Northeast Ohio that I've come across. I have multiple times driven the hour to Sheffield Village instead of going to other outfitters much closer to home. The Backpackers Shop also holds informational seminars and is begining to host guided trips. They're real stewards of the outdoor community.

Positive experience every time. The staff members are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They carry great products too. Love this place!

This is a fantastic store for outdoor enthusiast. They have a great selection of all the things you may need to go hiking, paddling, and enjoying outdoor adventures.
