I am giving them 1 star because you are not able to give them zero stars. The owner is a terrible customer service representative. He got an attitude with me for asking a simple question and hung up on me.i will take my business to another place. Don't deal with this business.

Did push mower tune up and was a disaster from the start. Was told 2/3 days turned into over a month. Then once we finally got the mower back they failed to hook up the self propelled cable. Customer service is horrible and extremely rude. Will never go here again.

Got a lawnmower tuneup, and they put the new mower blade on UPSIDE DOWN!!  AND guy who answered the phone was not very pleasant.

I've ordered a tiller from them last year and now it won't start.  They won't pick up the phone.  Warranty won't be honored?  Help!
