Visually appealing. Much stain glass work on the windows. Great memorabilia Everywhere. Attentive friendly staff. Food consistently good. Reasonable drink prices. Food and drink specials during the week. Comfortable place to hang out alone or with my friends. Backstreet is my kinda place.

Backstreets is mine and my husbands go-to bar when we are in Clemson. The crowd is a bit older than the rest of down town. It has a down to earth, laid back vibe. The tenders are quick, even with a bar full of thirsty customers. The music is versatile and will eventually fit your tastes. The pool tables are awesome for some friendly competition and you can usually get on a table pretty quickly. The food is out of this world. The menu caters to anything you could want in a bar and the cooks really know what they are doing! The outside deck is nice and comfy for smokers or a nice night outside. We love backstreets!

Ever since I was old enough to attend during my college days at Clemson, I've been attending this bar. Hands down the best bar in Clemson, there's not even a close second. Some of the best wings (man they are so good... #BringBackFranksDryRub) I have ever eaten, and I love to eat wings. The bar has a longtime staff that is always up to the challenge of large crowds on a game day and more personal friendly service when not completely slammed. Great owners, great music. A perfect college bar, actually, just a perfect bar. Love this place and visit every time I am in Clemson, you should too.

Fun atmosphere. Lip sync battle on Thursdays. Good drinks at good prices.
