Backyard Pizza and Raw Bar

I’ve had a lot of gourmet pizza. Pies and Pints... Mellow Mushroom... you name it. Backyard is the best. I’ve not had a bad pizza here. I’d say the best are The Ruben and the Buffalo Chicken white pizza that hasn’t made the menu yet. The grilled wedge is CRAZY good - and so are the wings surprisingly. This place is super versatile with the menu options for a gourmet pizza joint, so it makes a great place to bring a larger group where a few people might not want pizza.

Have only been here once, but the pizza we got was amazing. They have a wide variety of unique pizzas. Definitely will be returning, especially to try their Sunday brunch.

Good vibe. Ceviche not as fresh as I wanted but pizza was good. Great beer selection. Friendly service.

I absolutely wanted to give this place 5 stars but there were a few things I just didn't like. I love the space murals on the walls and all the exposed frame work. We tried the wings as an app, they reminded me of the frozen wings you get in the freezer section of walmart and heat up in the microwave.They were just decent. Our waiter recommend a few pizzas and we ordered the jerk chicken. It tasted good but didn't taste like jerk chicken. The dough was a little tough but overall it was good. The music was on point and there were a few moments that I felt like I wasn't in Huntington wv. The one thing that really bothered me was that you can't tell who works there, lucky enough our waiter had a waitress apron on. There's no uniforms or name tags. Also there was an employee that came from the back of kitchen and sat at the bar and started to eat his lunch and would go back and forth. It just didn't seem clean. I definitely will be back for the atmosphere

Major props to drew hes came a long way and been a successful business man. Known him since he was a kid. The food is good craft pizza and beer go together great. Good layout on the building. A lot hand made stuff makes it unique. Classy and laid back place to eat.
