Very slow service. Not customer oriented. But the food is good.

Update...Excellent decision bringing on manager Jason. I decided to try B13 again after a long absence due to horrible customer service and inefficiency. What I found was major improvements all around that made me want to sit and enjoy my bagel. I'll be back!....as the saying goes.

Stumbled upon Bagel 13 on a recent visit to Cocoa Beach and was completely impressed.  The service was friendly, and quick.   The food was delicious.  I was surprised at the fantastic pricing, especially for a beach town.  Would love to get one in my hometown!

Staff was very helpful, the food came out fast and really good, the facility was very nice as well. It is worth noting again how great the staff was... Great job!

Saturday morning and no juices, salmon. For a 4+ rating to me you think it was better stocked. Oh well at least the mile walk was worth it. Let's hope the bagels are.
