Einstein Bros. Bagels

Don't go if you're not a student. If you are a student, it's just typical Sodexo. Nothing special. Don't cash out meal plans Saturday night as they're gonna be really busy.

This store has declined very sharply between this year and past. The employees are now not nearly as outgoing as they once were, and some of the newer ones are downright rude. The machines aren't maintained and frequently broken, and the tables are not wiped off as often as they were before. The whole place is not nearly as positive, clean, and hip as it once was, and continues to go down the drain. It's very disappointing. The food quality at least remains the same, so you can easily get something to go, but not to eat there.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Like many stores on a campus, customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency are neglected, simply because the main customers are students. This establishment offers possibly the worst service I've ever had the displeasure of patronizing. If you order food here, more often than not, the staff will completely forget to make it. After reminding them once or twice about your order, it will take them upwards of a half an hour to complete it. In addition, the employees are easily overwhelmed and routinely understaffed despite the popularity of Einstein's to students. The staff are constantly standing around, talking to each other, and joking. Additionally, they are rude and curt to customers consistently, and the manager completely fails at fixing this issue altogether, sometimes making things worse by distracting them. I doubt this review will have any positive effect on this establishment, but let it be known that the students who come to Einstein's are disappointed, and unsatisfied.

The staff are unprofessional at times, forget what was ordered, and constantly make mistakes. It's poorly run, and the food quality can be very hit or miss.
