Fresh coffee, fresh bagels & fresh juice! Also, good small talk and service by the waitress/ cashier!

Service has not been the same, since Rina is not there anymore. She really helped out in getting our orders ready and was always so friendly with myself and the kids. I like the bagels and coffee, but to be honest, I haven't been in there too much, since she hasn't been there anymore. I hope they bring her back.

This is one of top worse costumer service restaurants I ever experienced in my life. They took 2 hours in deliver one coffee and one beagle. However, I didn't receive the correct order. I called them 5 times and they never picked up the phone.

Short staffed. Bare shelves, empty bagel bins. The place isn't doing well. But the bagels are good. Maybe that's not enough.
