Had a bad experience and owner refused to talk to anyone that doesn't tell Debbie the experience. Debbie said she is not a manager or supervisor but has been there a while. Debbie said he wont talk to anyone unless i guve her all the details. I Told Debbie "it's ok there are other cleaners" and she said, "ok".Service: Organic dry cleaning

It’s our neighborhood dry cleaner, so it’s been the natural option - and fortunately always excellent service. Never even thought about their losing something- it’s never happened for us. They are on time and do great work.

Good quality. Very high prices. Simple short-sleeve T-shirt is $8, while a heavier long-sleeve shirt is the same price. That doesn’t add up.

This drycleaner is THE BEST I have found in NYC. Clothes come back amazing. They have never lost anything and whites come back white. Best pieces from finest store are cleaned beautifully

Call it what you will...but I was told if you have a job interview and take your cleaning here prior, you'll get the job. This has happened to two people I know - all got the job. Prices are reasonable, service is great including free delivery, and they always have my clothes on time. Highly recommended - especially for the job seekers.
