$37 for dry cleaning two dresses only to bring them home to iron them myself. Waste of money. Small stains were gone but all the wrinkles from wearing the dresses were still there and on top of it, the fabric was more textured than when I droppped it off. Same thing happened earlier this summer with a pair of shorts, all the sitting marks were already there. When I pointed it out, they said those wouldn't get out but offered a free steaming - which did not help. My previous dry cleaners always removed the wrinkles. I guess I will be walking back up to union square every time now bc this place is a waste of money.Service: Organic dry cleaning

They lost 5 of our shirts, all high end designer from Feb 9th. Still waiting to hear if they will find them or compensate. Very bad.
