Genuinely surprised this company is still running. The office rep is overly burned out, or she is just a sour human being 24/7. The owner seems not to care much about his properties and tenants. I would avoid Bailey enterprise, unless you enjoy rude service and a ran down property.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you’re looking for a place to actually move to, please save yourself the trouble of interacting with any properties owned by this company. They will take your money, lie to you, ghost you, and waste your time. They also approved us, ghosted us, and then illegally rescinded our approval due to my roommate having a service dog, which they knew about prior to our application. They lied to us and said they allow caged pets when they in fact, apparently, do not. Which they did not inform us of until after we’d wasted our money applying and putting money down to take the apartment off the market. They are extremely unprofessional, and the manager on-site made many racist remarks during our time touring there. Please, please, do not waste your time, energy, and money on this establishment.

This company has to be one of the worst management companies I've ever worked with. Racism, favoritism, ignorance, general disregard for safety & wellbeing of tenants, not single female friendly, not renter friendly, discrimination against families & children. This company has allowed my neighbors to key cars, break out car windows, physically steal others property or damage property, verbally harass & bully neighbors with zero consequences. Not to mention constant threats from the board. Run! Don't use them or rent from them.

If I could give zero I would. This company miss manages money, fails to take action on any items, does not return phone calls, and makes residents pay out of pocket for things that should be covered by the reserve fund. The reserve fund for my association is gigantic, but everything still comes out of our pockets. They automatically debit your account and won’t even answer questions as to why. Also, they fail to even perform basic grounds maintenance beyond mowing and leaf blowing. There’s garbage all over the common ground, and they do nothing about it.

Fantastic place to rent from. Scott Bailey is a stand up gentleman who really cares about his tenants. Very easy and laid back folks to deal with. I would highly recommend them and any rentals in their portfolio.

They don’t return calls, they are rude, we were first time home owners and had a misunderstanding during closing causing us to miss three HOA payments. We didn’t get a letter until the third month and then without anything got threatened to be foreclosed. I hate how they treat people.

I am writing this review for two tenants that live in the building of 1520 Charlton in W St Paul. They asked me to send it so it could not be traced to them as they are afraid they could be evicted like other tenants have been. Here is there review. I have lived here for over 2 years. I thought the Management would get better but I was wrong..things are worse. She doesn't care about the well being of the residents. The hallways,laundry,trash room and entries are not cleaned on a daily basis. Drugs are in the buildings and nothing done. Manager should be doing a daily checks of the property, for these things . I was a manager at 2 different properties and I took pride in making sure my people were happy, and cleanist was first for Health reasons. Don't rent here unless you like drugs, filth and an uncaring/mean manager.

This company recently took over management of building. Nothing but problems since, windows have been broken out for weeks in one unit. Cleaning has become infrequent and they will not contact you wben called. If they don't like what you have to say they just hamg up on you. Been here over 5 year and never this bad

Their after hours answering service leaves something to be desired in the way of customer service and assistance. Courtney can't do her job. At all.
