I’m new to the area so I’ve been trying out different restaurants… I regret ever going here, but at least I now know where not to go. The food wasn’t terrible by all means. It was pricey for the portions and quality of food. The burger was way to seasoned, we asked for medium rare and it came out well over well done it was charred and it didn’t taste the best and what I mean by that was the burger seasoning and the char taste from it made it so you couldn’t taste the Ingredients on the burger. There were pickles on it and you couldn’t even taste the pickles on the burger. The spaghetti was okay… you could make better tasting spaghetti at home and better looking spaghetti. The best part was the meatballs, those were actually decently good. The garlic bread was just butter on bread, there was zero garlic on it and I had to ask for garlic in a portioning cup so I could just do it myself. We had a 10-12 year old kid handing us our food, which I thought was super unprofessional. One of the lady’s working the one with eyebrow piercings was out talking to another customer while we ate and was super loud. Mind you it was just me and that other customer in there so it was quiet in the restaurant. Back to what I was saying, she was super loud and talking about her butt…. Needless to say, I will not be back and I do not recommend this place to anybody.
The brussel sprouts were grilled just right. Yummy. My husband ordered a ribeye steak. They were out, but the owner went out and bought one to grill. It was amazing. Thank you for your kindness. The waitress was awesome.
Excellent food great breakfast sorry the other roast beef plate is empty no pictures but was great.
It’s so nice to have a new restaurant in town with good food, fast service and friendly people. They are located in the old Burger King building at M55 and M18. The friendly people of Houghton Lake and Prudenville welcome you to our town!
We had the fish and onion rings. Also a Bacon cheddar burger. Food was delicious. Not sure why people complain about this place but service was excellent and so was the food. Thanks for a great experience Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Ada compliant
Stopped in this past Saturday for a late lunch since we couldn't go to our usual spot, and we weren't disappointed. It wasn't very busy since we were between lunch and dinner rushes, so the food came out pretty fast. The waitress was as sweet as can be, the prices are fair especially for what you get, and most importantly the food was delicious This may just end up being a new regular summer spot for us. I love the 1/3# option for burgers, it's the perfect amount when you're really hungry
Every time I've gotten food from here it was boring, unseasoned, and barely warm. The toast I got tonight was cold and chewy? Like it had been sitting out for hours. I haven't previously had an issue with getting meat in my food, but tonight I ordered an omelette and in my last bite there was a piece of ham. I don't know if it was deliberate or someone mistakenly put meat in my food, took it out, and was too lazy to remake it. But, beware if you're vegetarian. It was only a tiny piece but that can easily be enough to make a vegetarian sick.
Food was excellent, waitstaff minimal however everywhere is having those issues so relax and go enjoy great food for a very reasonable price. Had 5 people in the group and the bill was just over $50.00 plus tip of course. Good portions and as I have said great tasting!
Great prices, great food, friendly service and very generous portions.
I ordered the Reuben sandwich with fries. The fries were over cooked, dry and tasted like grease. The BLT had wilted lettuce, and the fries tasted like grease, were also dry. The smothered omlet was the best. I don't think I will be going there again, especially since I paid $32.00 . Not happy.
