this place hard slaps. the food was off the charts, the people are happy and have fun, and the karaoke game was on point. you need to come here.Food: 5/5

1st time going to buy food. I've eaten the seafood potato & catfish & I loved it, that's why I went to get that seafood stuffed potato you can only get it on Thursday's! They sell several other food items as well. Each day has it's own food being served, call or check their website. The website says they are open 24hrs,not sure if you can get food all night though. It's a little bar where you drink & listen to good music. Check them out.

This place is what I wanted from a local bar in New Orleans. EXCELLENT food. Friendly and attentive staff. Ultimate jams from the DJ. And a welcoming environment for 2 out of towners who wandered into a triple birthday party. Loved every minute of my time there and will be back.

Hank's is a wonderful and welcoming black-owned homestyle food spot with bar. The seafood potatoes are wonderful and filling. I also had the fried fish plate with mac n cheese, a salad that was made with mixed greens, not the boring ice berg lettuce, and green beans that were seasoned and simple. All tasted just like our Louisiana home-made meals. The one thing that needs to change is the $1.00 processing fee for using your debit/credit card. Additionally, this should be disclosed the moment the card is presented, not after we look at our receipt. I do recommend Hank's and will visit again.

Corner bar room. Food is great. Better if take out. Seafood potato was awesome. Portion size is good. Lots of shrimp and crawfish. Crabmeat sprinkled on top. Yummie!!!

It was one of the worst experience in my life. The food was not fresh, my wife and I were poisoned. Potatoes was so salty it was just too much. Ok it was a lot of crab meat thanks for that but I taste only salt. They brought two glasses with dirty ice and charged 4$ for that. I tried to speak about it but they just act like they didn’t understand. And the music was extremely loud even it was a day time. Everything was just impossible

Hanks is really good soul food. Small venue with good music from local djs. Cheap drinks and friendly patrons. Got a birthday song when I told it my birthday and a couple free drinks from others. Super chill will be back for sure!!

Awesome food, the chef and the staff! The catfish and loaded potato was the best but chicken and steak also yummy.

I love it the food is awesome this was my first time at Hank's and I had Hawaiian pork chops and fully loaded mashed potatoes corn and salad and I mean to die for y'all go visit Hanks go go visit Hank y'all..
