Baja Fresh

I don't really have super high standards for fast food generally but basically this place was gross. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito pretty simple right? How could you mess that up? Well... my burrito was 10% beans and 90% cheese oh and the cheese wasn't melted at all whatsoever. When I tried to return it the cashier said I needed to have asked for the cheese to be melted. What?? My husband ordered their "Mexican" burrito and the meat was bad quality, undercooked and was not eatable at all. They kept asking us to be specific with what we didn't like about the food when we asked for our money back and kept making excuses like it was our fault because that's what we ordered. Anyway save yourself the money and just go to Taco Bell you will get the same quality for less money.

Food is fine, but there are so many better options for tacos. I had the fish tacos. I liked that they included avocado, but they were missing the traditional spicy mayo and that made them taste rather dry. Also the fish was slightly overcooked on one of them.

Today i ordered Baja Fresh thru the Eat24 app. I requested that the restaurant provide the FREE sauces that they have available in the restaurant with my order. They did not send any sauce. When I contacted the restaurant they stated that because I requested sour cream and they did not charge that they would not send the sauces because the FREE sauces in the store have an up-charge. It is ridiculous that you want to charge for sauces that are free in your restaurant. I will NEVER order from Baja Fresh in Arlington again. Its amazing that a restaurant with little business would respond to a customer in this manner.

Great if you like your meals with 1100+mg of sodium the nacho burrito has 1250 calories and 3200mg of sodium; how is that even possible???. Even their "healthier" options have roughly 800 calories and 500-1000mg of sodium. Remember, "fresh" does not necessarily mean "healthy"! Also, they have somehow managed to keep icicle Christmas lights up on display in their upper windows since December 2012. At this point I'm not even upset, rather impressed that at no point since then has a single employee looked up and suggested that they take them down.

Gor the fish burrito. The guacamole tastes like it comes out of a bag, and the food was a bit bland. I do like that they have a salsa bar. Note the salsas are all quite mild. All staff was very friendly.

The WORSE customer Service EVER!! I wouldn't be going back there Again, the lady working the register acted as if I was bothering her. She never gave me my chips and salsa and was annoyed I asked about it to go bc she was in FULL Spanish convo!! Plus the food irritated my stomach, Don't Go There!!!

This location is PERMANENTLY CLOSED! The location’s sign is down and it is under construction. Beware, they are still accepting orders online for this location. I placed an order that was obviously never able to be picked up, Baja Fresh did not respond to my emails or phone calls, and I’ve therefore had to report the charges as fraudulent. Avoid this location now!

Placed an order online paid in advance. Went to go pick it up & they were closed at 11 AM on a Sat. I checked my cc acct & the charge went thru. I called the store on the following Tues because they were closed thru Mon no signs posted anywhere on doors or windows. I was told to call online customer service really?. I sent an email to Customer Service detailing what occurred & received a response promptly. I was told the GM of the store had been contacted & I should receive a response soon. I waited a few days & did not receive a response so I followed up with Customer Service who claimed they contacted the GM again no response to date. I had to call my cc issuer to process a charge back.

Usually a pretty solid place to grab an inexpensive bike to eat with the family. Sometimes the chicken can be a little on the dry side, but it's usually good.

Baja Fresh is great I really love the Baja chicken tacos!! I go to this location frequently so they know what I order when they see me. Very friendly and delicious.
