Baja Fresh

Baja Fresh is a good place to get Mexican food fast. There are a lot of tables and it only tales 5 - 10 minutes to get your food once you order. They have tacos, burritos, fajitas, chips & queso cheese, black or pinto beans, Mexican rice, and a few other menu options. Enjoy!

I have to give big props to this place. We ordered 18 meals from them for a work event and they did fantastic. Each order was labeled and placed in a separate bag with their own salsas, utensils and napkins. This made it so much easier to handle in a clean and efficient way. The food was delicious as always and the service was above and beyond. I can highly recommend this location and their team.

If I could give a negative I would! One star is too good! They have the rudest employees I have ever seen. I found hair in my granddaughter's dinner. I was in the restroom washing her hands and one of the employees was in there and walked out with out washing there hands. When I complained about the hair and wanted my money back for that meal the person behind the counter making the food with gloves on came around and was speaking in a different language, laughing and shaking her head. The other lady said it wasn't from that meal. I said that's the only quesadilla we had. I eventually got my money back after 5 minutes of them laughing like it was a joke. I went back in to get my receipt from my original order and was told I couldn't have it and I could take a picture with so I did. The lady behind the counter making food with the same gloves was still running her mouth in a different language. I could have spent the same amount I did here at a restaurant and got decent service and good food. Sad to say you can't get either of that here.

Worse service ever. Cashier had an attitude, I asked for salsa with chips but nothing in the bag. She saw me waiting and of course she didn't care and on purpose she made bags of salsa, made me wait and finally asked if I needed help. I am never going here again. Other Baja Fresh stores are great though.

Filthiest restaurant I've ever had the displeasure of trying to eat. We ordered our food and then tried to find a clean table, but that wasn't possible. It looked like no one had cleaned for many days despite the fact they had only been open an hour and no one was there. The highchair was super sticky with food still all over it. So nasty! To top it off, the chips were stale. Stay away!

I ordered the Shrimp Taco Platter. Pretty good shrimp tacos. The rice and beans that accompany were tasteless. I’d recommend getting three tacos instead of adding sides. Still, pretty good lunch for the price. Lots of parking available. Clean restaurant and friendly staff.

Bad costumer service . I feel the treat is different by race , we all pay for our food at the end . The food not the same I order a quesadilla no tomatoes hardly they give you guacamole and cream , chips feel old . No more salsa bar you have to ask for it and they give you with a attitude. I don’t mind Paying $20 if the food is good but paying $12 for a quesadilla everything feels old , there’s many better choices if I’m gonna pay more than $10 and better service . I don’t recommend these place don’t waste your money .

I have had bad experience with google maps saying baja fresh is open, then getting there to find the store is closed, as in closed permanently. So I called ahead to make sure that they were actually open, and they said yes. When I got there, they had a sign on the front door that said they were accepting online orders only and that they were actually closed. That’s why I spent all that time sitting in Alexandria traffic. This entire chain is permanently off my list.

Very clean premises. Staff attentive and accommodating. Chicken was not to my liking. Was quickly replaced with shrimp without extra charge.Have no complaints about bathrooms. Condiment table was clean and containers refilled frequently. Fresh food.
