Working in the oil fields, so this place offers a descent place to shower, sleep and cook my viddles till I go home for days off.

Nice price for extended stay, nothing fancy but well kept. Thin walls so be courteous to you neighbors.

I've had problems with the water. My instance seems to be an isolated issue. I wish I got more apartment for my dollar but I understand the market is what it is. It definitely comes with a buncha perks. Free internet (although it comes with a pretty low bandwidth), community washer/dryer. Fully furnished. Definitely new, but it all seems thrown together pretty quickly. The new management firm has been very helpful and accommodating. I have a one room. I would like to see the price closer to $700/month. But as I stated, the market is the market. I'd live there again, but I wouldn't go as far as to say I'd recommend it to family.
