This is like our second home. We love getting the two bedroom suites here. The breakfasts are good and the location is great. If you are looking for a fun pool for kids this isn’t the place to stay, but the large rooms make up for it for me.

When we showed up to check in a few minutes after 3:00 we were told our room was not ready because it had been a huge mess. Over the weekend there were several things that went wrong to cause us frustration: there was not bedding in the room for our sofa sleeper, the mattress on the sofa sleeper was a complete joke, the phones in our room did not work, housekeeping emptied our garbage and took the dirty towels but did not replace anything, did not make beds, or clean. When I called to talk to the assistant manager about the problems we had encountered she said she was sorry, she would deal with the housekeeping problem but could not do anything else. The star is for the gentleman who worked in the breakfast area and the gentleman who worked the front desk. Both were extremely helpful and kind when we needed assistance. Whenever we stay in a hotel we always hope for it to feel like a home away from home, this is by far the worst hotel experience we have had. When I make a choice to spend $200 per night on a hotel I expect to have a great experience and when the experience is negative I expect the hotel to do something and make it right.

The room completely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was in training, and still about to get me checked in a reasonable amount of time. The reception area was pristine, breakfast was great. I'm glad I stayed here.

My family always stays here when they visit. If your looking for a more home like feel - residence inn is a great choice! Spacious + A kitchen

I just thought Jennie, the woman who checked me in during my stay at this hotel, was superb. She was genuinely affable; had a gift bag for me upon arrival; phoned after I arrived in my room to make sure the accommodations were to my liking; immediately sent someone to fix a problem with the coffee pot in my room (who was also great btw); and remembered my name when I saw her later again in the lobby. Though this hotel is fine by all standards, it's employees like Jennie that really give it luster.
