Great location! Close to the mall with several attractions within walking distance. Clean rooms with very hospitable staff.

Why spend more for a pool side room!!! Reserved a pool side room for my daughter's birthday. Checked in 10 minutes before check in time. Evidently, it's first come first serve in the pool area! A group of rude people, that did not have a pool side room, took both of the tables and chairs from two rooms. They sat in our patio area and blocked our exit to the pool and were talking about me. After that we were afraid to come out of our room! I spoke to the front desk and was told it is first come first serve in the pool area. It would be nice if each poolside room be allowed 1 "reserved" table and chairs in front of their balcony to compensate for the additional $50 we had to pay for the room.

Very nice rooms. No continental breakfast, but the restaurant in the hotel had wonderful breakfast for around $10. Didn't go to the water park, but it looked fun.

Terrible service. We didn't get a waiter assigned to our table. The food was good though. The tables were uncomfortably close too.

Was a nice place. No continental breakfast tho. Bob the shuttle was awesome. He deserves 5 ⭐'s on his own. Pool area was fun.
