Staying here tonight, with my mother who has brain cancer. We got the two queen beds disabled room. I have no clue how they expect a person in a wheel chair to get on that toilet. The disabled accessible sink is about a foot from the toilet. Mom had to have help to get on and off the toilet because it is so short to the ground, and the damn sink is in her face. That is another complaint, toilets can be higher for disabled rooms. I have seen a lot of them, and this is the size for a kindergartner. The tub/shower has a lowered and spray head, and a stool for the shower, but most disabled rooms I have seen have a walk in shower with a seat.
The only positives are the breakfast (yes, with food allergies, there are a lot of things you can’t have) and the staff is pretty nice and accommodating.

The woman at the front desk was really rude when we checked in. There is no shuttle from the airport. The room was kind of old the furniture was scratched up. There was coffee splatter in the bathroom. There were some good things. The exercise room was small but the equipment was nice. The pool was nice. They have coffee and yummy cookies as the front desk.

Overall a great stay for our family get-together. Initially, our reservation was cancelled by the agency we booked with, which caused great headache. After several phone calls and problem solving, we understood this was not the hotel's fault. Their manager was cooperative (but initially was rude/defensive) and worked with us to get our reservation back. The front desk was friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. Rose was friendly and extra attentive. Kids enjoyed the pool. No banquet or meeting room for a large group, but we were told this is because they were a "limited" hotel. Got charged more money for pets (dog) than we were originally told, so this was a surprise, although we were fine paying it. Overall it was a good stay.

The breakfast was nice, good variety. Good price. The room wasn't very clean though. There was food already in our fridge, and was pretty gross looking, not sure they check that. There was something on the carpet that appears to.be body fluids. So many hairs in the shower, was like showering with chewy.

For the little problems we had I can't put anything but five stars still. Our room was very spacious and with having two kids that means a lot! My son love the extra computer chair we had in our room and we loved the comfortable beds! I loved how much I was helped by the woman at the desk!!!! I honestly couldn't hope to have a better staff member at the desk while we had our issues. The biggest pain was our key card was not working for room 203. We had to swipe it a good four to five times until finally getting in. Besides that the couch had many stains on it and was very nasty. I was trying to get the fan to stay on while we were sleeping because it was so warm in out room but I tried everything with little results. The pool and hot tub we're very nice and the cookies my son loved! Very military friendly if you go through a third party website!
