Red Roof Inn & Suites Dickinson

The location is convenient and inviting; the staff attentive and helpful; and the room spacious, clean, and had all the amenities necessary for an extended stay. What really pushed it over the top was the special they were running: $42 a night for a two-bed room. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone staying in the Dickinson area, especially for work.

The hotel was clean enough and the staff was friendly enough as well. There were a few things that gave me pause however. The biggest of which was a sign posted on a door that said "attention, employees only. No guest allow in this room" that appeared to have 2 bloody hand prints next to it... Also the show had no grip on the floor and was very slippery, plus it made a really annoying high pitched noise while it ran. The beds also seemed smaller than most.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the rooms, because I never got a chance to see mine! I searched online to book a 1 night stay at this hotel just for a place to rest during my travel. When I arrived at the hotel, around 9:00pm, I waited at the reception desk for over 30 min to get checked in. I rang the service number multiple times to get someone to the front desk with no success. I eventually had to call the Red Roof Inn customer service line to get some help. They tried to contact someone at the hotel and were also unsuccessful. All I wanted to do was check into the room I reserved and paid for! After almost an hour of waiting, no one ever showed up to the front desk to check me in and, needless to say, I asked and received a refund and went elsewhere. Customer service was great, but staff and management at the Dickinson property was nonexistent. Literally!!

Really comfortable beds, reception staff were really friendly. Room and bathroom really clean. Lovely towels, tv, hairdryer and guest lounge. No crockery of utensils.
