Lobby is nice and seems clean. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice sized and basic which is fine, but the shower was not clean at all. They definitely need to be scrubbed and the corners cleaned, there was even hair from someone else on the shower wall. And nothing has been dusted in a long time! The tops of everything have thick visible dust on them - mirrors. The light fixtures, top of tv, the night stands and top of headboard and all the picture frames has dust on them. Price was good- but they need to actually clean. I wouldn’t come again- only reason we were here was for a wedding and one would hope the manager would actually follow up on all of the negative reviews and check her employees”work”. When I went to get into bed and pulled comforter back the sheets were dirty! And one of the pillow cases had makeup on it! The male staff member working was wonderful! And offered me to switch room but I assured him I was fine in that room would just like clean sheets and he was happy to help me put clean ones on!

Worst ever! We were there for a wedding and had a big party, the bride and groom didn't even get there room until Thursday at midnight they kept telling them the room wasn't ready but everyone else had there room, not to mention they still got charged for Thursday night as well. The hallways were fifthly, trash left in hallway all day. The breakfast was gross i tried to make a waffle and only liquid came out no batter completely grossed me out. I checked out on Sunday morning and she couldn't find my name, said to me oh here you are they had you leaving on Monday, I said no today. I got my receipt for the correct amount and checked my back today and they still over charged me. now i get to deal with them and my bank. Thank you for making our stay horrible and what the locals said about this hotel came to be true! Will never stay there ever again let alone tell anyone to!!!!!

Nice staff. The first two rooms I was in were not made. Actually pretty dirty. I was here for a conference. The conference was run well and was Orginzed nicely. I would like to see the conference move to a more Eastern ND. The food was not great for the lunch. They did have more than enough though which was nice. The mid morning snack was sweet rolls. Not a lot of healthy options. The room we were in was well put together and the tables had nice space between them and the table clothes were very clean. This all being said the staff did make changes to rooms and helping me get a new room. It did take three rooms before I got the room in the picture. Hopefully they can figure out the room cleaning schedule better in the future!

Okay, has water slides but hot tub was broke. Friendly staff... continental breakfast is pretty much the same as everywhere else. Nothing special about it but it's a descent place to hang your hat for a night.

It's sad. It's really run down compared to what it was when it was a seven seas. The walls are super thin so you can basically hear conversations from the person in the next room.
