Previous guest's trash still in cans. TV remote didn't work. Went to call down and phone not working either. Walked down to front desk and they said  "be up in 10 minutes" - never showed. 
Will stay somewhere else next time.

Still remodeling the exterior - wish they'd have told me before I booked.

Being renovated and things are looking nice! Only issue is some of the sheets were absurdly heavy and there was not a lighter alternative in the room.
