Grand Hotel

The rooms were nice, the staff was nice, two on-site options for dining. A bar, and a family friendly restaurant. No continental breakfast, ( should be for the price) The parking lot can be confusing, but lots of rooms. It's a busy place, hosts lots of events and has at least 3 ball/ conference rooms. A lot of rooms look out into the center, where there is an indoor pool. Nice pool, and hot tubs w/ deck area. Rooms that are pool level like mine are noisy. And be warned, the glass doors aren't mirrored or tinted. Sorry folks who were walking by as I got out of the shower. Next time I would ask for a room away from the pool, unless I'm there w/ the intent to swim.

This is an older property with nice updates. They must handle reservations locally, like at front desk. Both desk receptionists were on phone dealing with what was obviously reservations. It took over 5 minutes to start getting checked in. The lobby area smells strongly of chlorine from the nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The rooms are nicely updated, however a 26" TV is just too small. I personally don't like the sink being right in the room, you can sit on the bed and wash your hands. Overall not bad, but not great either.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. They will do everything they can to make your stay wonderful. The pool is large, the jacuzzi is warm and they even have room service! The onsite restaurant is a huge plus as is the smaller, quieter bar area.

This is a great place to meet all your entertainment needs. Just had a 1yr Birthday party which provides the perfect space needed for a pool party. They do not have a baby pool however.

This place has the most comfortable beds of any hotel in the US I've ever been in! The food is tasty, the staff is really nice & it's a great place to have a meeting or convention, because the sound in their Grand Ballroom is excellent! Highly recommended!
