Comfort Inn

The hotel is nice and clean but what really made it 5 stars was the service. There were 3 separate people we interacted with during our stay and everyone was incredibly nice and provided excellent customer service.

It was very quiet throughout our stay. Staff was very friendly. Pool was fun but the whirlpool was broken and the pool room had a bit of a funky smell to it. Breakfast was ok. Only thing that deducted a star was the room was visibly dirty. The floors needed to be swept, the counters and dressers were dusty, and the pillows carelessly thrown on the bed.

My work always sent us to stay there, as well as when it was the astoria. Housekeepers would just make the beds with dirty sheets and would never clean the bathrooms. Luckily we complained enough and we get to go somewhere else. Hopefully they changed management.

It's a very nice hotel, the room is spacious, the bed is quite large and the amenities are very nice. In room refrigerator large screen TV. Dwell apportioned bathroom, large stand up shower. The are no real negatives.

Bad pillows, bed sucks, no air circulation and makes mouth, nose dry. You will feel some heart palpitations and you better check out early and go somewhere else
