Not timely in response to emails or phone calls during process of the evaluation. Inconsistent quote on final payment with increasing payment amount expected DESPITE stating previously the cost was “the total cost after all said and done”. I continued to receive emails with increasing totals I.e, $800 to $1150 to $1200. My report was mostly well written but the therapist is unwilling to correct errors despite continuing to increase the total cost. I will not return for any services.
