This is the first time I have ever given anyone a negative review. But it is 100% necessary so no-one else gets scammed. If I could have given a "0", I would have. This was a scam. I came to Kristeen vulnerable and out of a "last ditch effort" due to high anxiety from working in the healthcare field with two long years of COVID challenges, loss, fear, high anxiety, financial concerns due to health issues from everything just mentioned. I explained to her that I had to halt massage therapy for the past 2+ months due to my clinic having rampant COVID, so I was left with less therapeutic support than I was accustomed to. I came to her with a goal and a need. Kristeen spent more time telling me about her financial success than she did focusing on our therapy session. So much time, in fact, that she rushed through the "story process" that was supposedly going to help me envision some sort of relief to my mental and physical being. I am highly educated and a professional. My career allows me to serve our medically compromised, long-term care community. I love my job, but it is difficult sometimes, and can be extremely painful at other times. During pre-COVID, I was able to bring light to my patients. We haven't been able to visit in-person since March of 2020. Something I know well through being the supportive advocate of so many others - if you can't take care of yourself, who will you be able to take care of? Kristeen left the appointment saying "I will call you in a couple of days and see how you are feeling." I have not heard a word. Kristeen has not checked back with me since my appointment. $200.00 later, now I not only have the same anxieties, but now also an additional DEBT I need to pay off. Because I come from a place of compassion for others, I give her the benefit of the doubt to say if she is going through her own strife or troubles, my heart goes out to her. But I would not recommend her services to anyone.

Thank you Kristeen for a life changing session today. I feel 10 pounds lighter after our call. The clarity I have around what was really the “problem” created a shift in me that will result in more peace, more joy, more love for myself and my life. Your nurturing approach was exactly what I needed to heal
