The sales representative Jessica was so helpful when I wanted to exchange a sweater to a different size. It will even ship to my house for free! Thank you! Amazing place and quality as well.

I love the clothing. I was a little disappointed on my last visit I couldn't find someone to help me.

I drove over 30 min to get to this store, as it's the closest to me. I checked the website to confirm hours and it said 10 a.m. I got to the store at 10:30 a.m. and the gates were still down and store closed. The store window also says 10 a.m. So I called the store as I can see employees inside. Was told that they got a "late start" today and won't be opening until after 11 a.m. What??? That's not acceptable in my book. Esp during the holiday season when everyone is already busy.

The employees are very knowledgeable and patient. I had to exchange online items in store in hopes of an even exchange and they were able to explain and accomodate. Thanks, everyone! They were all friendly as well

love this place a little expensive but is always something on offer

Sale sections were not getting any attentions, messy, wrong sizes everywhere and clothes were all over the place too. The other side wasn't all that better either.
