My wife and I went into this store yesterday to purchase some things for Christmas, and literally no one asked if we needed help. There were several associates who followed us, but never asked if we needed help. They appeared to be teenagers working the floor, who were more interested in taking pictures of each other & laughing at customers than helping them. The only reason why I left any star on this review at all, is due to the fact that the security officer was helpful & the cashier. They were the only professionals who treated us kindly in the store. I did purchase items just to let the associates following us know that I was able to do so & my wife desired some items from the store. Customer service should be strongly impressed upon the associates working the floor & if you’re going to follow someone let it be because you’re helping them.

I usually load up on my polos when they go on sale and recently realized that one of them I had bought was a Large and not a XL like I usually buy and what was on the tag. I called then came into the store and the manager Lance helped me out in exchanging this out for the proper size without issues. Great customer service throughout in picking a new size and exchange

Great deals, clean, nice staff.

We live around the corner and decided to shop and grab a bite to eat. Food was great as always. Employees are always kind, cheerful and on point. Restrooms are clean. Atmosphere is always awesome and the food was delicious. Peach Ice Tea is SOOOO DELICIOUS

Great store experience. I come here every time I'm in town. Every one here is helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of styles to choose from and always well stocked. If you love the brand this is the place to shop

Over priced! This is a chain, casual clothing store and some people consider high-end. However, this is not Nordstrom, but a casual clothing store for men and women. I found one dress with white and blue flower, had western and country look. I checked the price: $245. I really think that it is over priced by the material, design and quality. Therefore, I assumed that other items would have been overpriced too, so I had to leave, since it was not matching between quality and the price. Well, maybe the travelers from other countries, would have loved this store.

I just want to say compliments for this store especially, Eric, Lance, and Mari. And I would like to thank Miguel for his help and excellent training for this team. They are all very helpful. I couldn’t mention everybody’s name here but comparing to other polo Ralph Lauren stores, Ontario store offers outstanding service and the quality of service is very high. On top of that, this store has a wide variety of products and colors and sizes. This makes me so easy to shop here. I would love see their continuing success and I am looking forward to have very pleasant experience with this store.
