Ordered chicken tinga, adobo chicken taco and adobo chicken burrito. I don't know it was due to delivery or whatever but the food was cold. Taco with corn shells were cold with no any taste or aroma. Didn't even feel like eating tacos to be honest. Giving 3 stars as a benefit of the doubt hoping they do better on dine ins.Takeout: YesDelivery: Yes
The guacamole is delicious. There’s a kick to it but the lime balances it out nicely. The tacos are delicious. I wish I could eat more
Went here for lunch based off reviews. Food was good, picture is the Fried Chicken Torta. The menu has a little something for everyone with tacos, burrito bowls, and Quesadillas.
Bandit Taco has to be one of the best taco spots in DC. The variety of options can't be beat. The service was excellent and my tacos came serves to me hot and fresh. I was very much impressed with the presentation of each taco. All of the tacos are great, I especially liked the crispy shrimp and chicken tinga. If your ever in the area, please give them a try.
Amazing food and service! I had the Korean beef and steak taco along with a chicken burrito. All were very good and the workers here were very friendly.
Come here all the time, and recommend it to everyone! It’s possibly the best tacos in dc. Shrimp taco and barbacoa taco are hands down the best. Carnitas and Al pastor would be my ties for 3rd place. The chicken torta is fire maybe a top sandwich in dc. Why I think people are giving low ratings: Don’t get it to go; eating in is miles better. Less fresh and portions can be smaller to go. Skip the burritos. The most legit complaint is they don’t serve water. I hate that, and I bring my own.
Their food is very good but sometimes online ordering can be frustrating, my boyfriend has selected no corn salsa and no radishes multiple times on his tacos and they always put it on anyways. It’s always tossed around so it’s not so easy to just take off the top, it’s more mixed in. By the time we get home we don’t want to walk all the way back to get it sorted out. Otherwise it’s great food but wish they were more consistent with the customization from online orders!!
Awsome !!!!! Nice Change of pace than the usual U street Haunts, LOCATED At the Corner 1 door Down from Starbucks U street, NW On New Hampshire. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, light Airy and fun.
This is a small cozy place close to a crossing. It has enough space and seating area inside and outside. If you haven't tried their Tacos you haven't tired Tacos. What I love is they have awesome variety of protein which you could not just add in your Tacos but also in your burritos as well as your quesadillas.
Yummmmy! Had the crispy shrimp and mushroom taco in addition to chips and salsa…literally ate every bite!Recommended dishesSalsa & Chips, Crispy Shrimp
