Banfield Pet Hospital

I highly recommend the Banfield location near Rosemont Rd. This is my preferred location even though I live in Norfolk. The medical team and the support staff are kind and caring. I find Banfield useful if you have the Optimum Wellness Plans because of the savings on vaccinations and preventative care. However it is not easy to get short notice, urgent appointments. At least that has been my experience.

We have 2 puppies, and both of them have been very well cared for by the folks at banfield. We take our dogs there every year to have their teeth cleaned and that alone makes up for the cost of the wellness care contract we have for both dogs. The technicians, the doctor's, and the front desk staff are all very caring about our pets. We like them quite a bit, in fact we drive 70 miles 1 way from the Outer Banks of NC. just to take our dogs to this bandfield.

My furry family memberdoghas some serious health issues and they are always kind to us. They listen and take very good care of my furry 4 legged family member. I just like everyone I have encountered that is employed there.

This was the visit no pet owner wants to make. I had to help my little Shitzu over the Rainbow Bridge. Everyone was very kind and sympathetic. They did not make me feel like I was a cruel person for making a decision that I felt was the best for Lexi. The attending physician explained each step of the process as she performed it for which I was very grateful. She was careful to cover Lexi as she left the room so that the lookie loos could not see her. They made the process less uncomfortable and I truly appreciate it

This Banfield location has the most amazing staff! We relocated from NJ and I checked the reviews and decided on this location based on the reviews. Dr. Kite and Jenn are my favorites but every single person treats my beloved senior pitties like their own. I have had a Wellness Plan since July 2010 and I recommend them to everyone!

I love the workers and vets here. All communicate very well and great at remembering your animal . Very welcoming and open people.

Always dependable and respectful to the dog. Dropped her at the Petsmart Petshotel for the Christmas break. I trust my pet to Banfield and Petsmart

Dr. Sandy Williams is an amazing vet!!!!! I highly recommend him. He’s very gentle with our dog who he has been seeing since he was a baby for the last 2 years and he explains things very nicely as well. He’s also patient which is a big plus in my book. His staff is also very kind as well, all the girls there are super friendly and nice with the animals :

We have been taking our dog to this location for a year and while some of our appointments have had to be rescheduled due to staffing issues, we really appreciate Banfield's help in resolving the issue and getting our dog seen. The entire staff especially the front staff, management, and Dr. Devine are extremely kind and professional. The pandemic has taken its toll on everyone and we really appreciate the quality of care that we receive with each visit when we can get an appointment scheduled. We really contemplated leaving Banfield and finding another clinic after some scheduling mix-ups, but because management was kind enough to hear our concerns, explain the situation, and discussed upcoming changes, we are going to stay with this location.

Great staff! Took care of my dog and sent me on my way with nothing but appreciation. They were unbelievably busy it was a Sunday, emergency vets were at capacity and turning people away, so people were having to come to any vets open as walk-ins so there were small delays here and there, but they handled everything professionally and gracefully while I was there. I would absolutely recommend this location!
