This facility has gotten so AWFUL.  I do not recommend banking with Bank of America if they allow this type of service.  Sooooo bad...they closed all of the drive windows, they have one teller working inside, they never open more than one line, but have 5 employees working at the desk.  This is truly a sign you up and forget you company.  I would have not given them any stars but that is not an option.  Again, DO NOT OPEN ANY TYPE OF ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF AMERICA.

Just waited in this line for about 20 minutes and they didn't even open another lane. I will never go to this branch again.

this is my main branch to my business, i used to love going there but recently i regretted being bank of america customer because of them, everyday new tellers or manager, worst customer service, very short handed, unprofessional services DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID, JUST GO TO ANT OTHER BRANCH
