Royal bank sucks. They take over other banks and sell your loans but want you to keep your savings there they do not think about there customer's just there bottom line.

You don't see much of these small neighborhood banks anymore. But I'd pick royal any day of the week over one of those big chain banks. Aside from that, the customer service and hospitality is exceptional. Plus, how many people can say they to "Royal Bank" ..sounds prestigious ha..
