I came to cash a check that was drawn off BOA, and I was greeted by a woman, asked how she could help me, amd since I did not have an account with BOA, she had to sign me in, and directed me to a lounge area that was already filled with 5 other people waiting to cash their checks..35 minute wait to cash a check, because they need to ask some questions. "Questions about what? I just want to cash a check". She said unfortunatley, I would have to wait to speak to someone...as I sit here, at 1:04 pm on a Friday afternoon, there is only 1 teller helping BOA clients and there is now 12 people waiting for this 1 teller, while these other 2 ladies are chatting it up in a cubicle, doing absolutley nothing to help their current clients... oh and the phone has not stopped ringing..no one has answered it and again, the 2 ladies are still chatting it up.

Marileni is the best ! She is so knowledgeable and helpful and answers all of my millions of questions. I wouldn't go to anyone else or any other bank !

Complaint (PLEASE READ) My Aunt went to this branch on 11/30/2017 and did a "cash advance". The teller Crystal grabbed my aunt's debit card and told her that 2 weeks ago she gave her $200 extra and that she was going to take that money off her debit card. -Are you kidding me? Who does that?- So, she took $200 dollars of her debit card, leaving her without the money to pay her rent. I went to the Branch and I spoke with Erika Navarro and Crystal and they were trying to show me "non sense" documents showing that they actually gave her that extra money. I told them that I've been in the banking industry for 10 years (I am an officer now), and that I knew how that process is. Every teller is to count their money 3 times before giving it to the customer. If for some reason they give someone an extra cash (which this wasn't the case), is the bank's loss. You cant just tell a customer that! Crystal was denying the fact that they made my aunt feel very intimidating and that pretty much forced her to give them the money. I asked them to show us a video to confirm the extra amount given away and they couldn't. Erika told me they were going to do an investigation and I asked for the district manager's phone number. I called Shane Campbell and he told me pretty much the same thing. The way BOA handled this situation was disgusting!! now, she has to wait 2 weeks to get an answer. While $200 might not be a lot for these managers; it means a house payment for this lady. Shame on you Bank of America for doing things like that! I WOULD NEVER EVER HAVE ANY TYPE OF TRANSACTION WITH THIS BANK!! Especially this branch!!! If this doesn't get resolved they way it should, We will call the media (I know the general manager at Tylermedia) so they can put this people on the spot.

1. I've never seen this bank with more than one teller, no matter how long the line is
2. Employees never know what they're doing, constantly contradict each other.
3. 1 and 2 lead to longer visits

"Worst bank ever" 1 hour 19 minute hold time to speak to an associate. Utterly ridiculous! Almost as long as going to the location to stand in line. Nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING and as of now, Im broke and waiting for 4 days for a check to clear!
Dear BOA, Heres an idea: release a partial amount so ppl are not starving and getting utilities cut off!!! Im soooo done with this JANKY BANKY!
