Bank of America Financial Center

This bank is great with greeting you when you walk in the door but that where the customer service ends. The lines are always extremely long, and no one seems to care the line is 20 ppl deep. The tellers will take their time, and sometimes walk away from their chair and not come back. Horrible, I won't be back.

Expect a regular 30 min wait time at the clerk line.

I wish I could give this branch a negative. Service is the worst. I AM NOT and will never be a member of Bank of America especially after this experience. The teller looked lost and the person who she called for approval was rude, discourteous and walked away from me while I was asking questions. Whether there be an issue with the check or not there is a level of customer service that must be maintained. Thoroughly disappointing.
