There’s always one teller, and the bankers stand around telling you to use the ATM, even though anyone would obviously do that it was possible, rather than just getting behind the counter themselves when the line gets long

Terrible customer service, I asked her if i order a check how mach its gonna charge , she said I need to come to Financial Center and she don't know which kind of check i need............. I asked her " Can you Repeat that again? she just hang up the phone. Unbelievable............. I just call around 4 pm( 09/19/17)

I give this branch and their teller and manager a one star. I tried to deposit my brother's check. Both the teller and manager would not do it because they needed the account number. I have never had this issue neither while making deposits for myself or some one else. Very inconvenient and I think it had something to do with the way I was dressed. Customer service at bank of america is terrible. This is one of the reasons why I don't have bank of america anymore and today's incident is all the more reasons I will not go back to them.

Long lines, terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes during lunch, only to be told that I had to wait in a different line to get an account changed. Worse than the DMV.
