Bank of America Financial Center

This review is about their ATM. 1 stars for ATM and 3 stars for the main building. They have 3 ATMs. They are all extremely slow. Like its running Windows 98. Why do they have 1998 technology at a busy location?! Give about 10 minutes per transaction. If you pressed the wrong button give another 5 minutes. Multiple transaction.. you are screwed. The employees inside recommend you to use the atms but they are just as slow. Come on BOA! its 2017! almost 2018. I just opened a Wells Fargo. Their ATMs are 1000% faster. Thousands.

Teller Line is always long. Made appointment to see banker and waited over 20 min before being helped. Sad.

Metro Center is a busy Financial Center given the fact that it is located at a major Metro station, the White House, the famous Warner Theater, and many shopping and eating establishments. The staff does a fantastic job managing the center and does well ensuring every customers need is met on the highest tier of professionalism. If this is not the center you frequent, you will see flaws. However, with this being the neighborhood bank, they do well. Hats off, Metro Center.

This location it's not good for me they need more employ i spend 1 hour to get my temporary card very bad management! !!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad management the manager there Timothy foster try to force the people to open in account with him by refusing to cash there checks I hope you get investigated if he benefited from that
