Bank of America Financial Center

Pretty sad when their is 7 people in line and one of the two tellers working leaves the counter to go in the back and sit down, I can see her . This is the worst bank I ever been to. Luckily this isn't my bank I come here for work. Hire more people and not have 5 people walking around doing nothing to help customers

If I could give half a star, that would be too kind. Went in bank, tellerless teller was beyond ridiculous and only 2 tellers on duty with 9 people waiting in line. One teller is talking about social issues with her customer and stalling the process. After 18 minutes, it's my turn. Trying to cash a check on a national insurance company with their account in B o A. I gave you the teller my license and my B o A Visa card. I was told that not Visa doesn't count as an account and since I had no other accounts with the bank, the $500 check I wanted to cash would cost me $8.00 Are these people crazy? And they just don't care. B of A SUCKS.

Every time I come here, I literally have to wait at least 20 minutes minimum. The longest I've waited was 65 minutes. 18 people in line, because they had 1 teller working on I believe a Friday morning a few months back.They never have enough tellers, but always have people walking around asking if there's anything they can help with. The answer is yes you can help by having more tellers on so we aren't waiting forever and so the tellers aren't as stressed as they must be.

Worst experience ever!!! Will never come back to this branch. Should have listened to all the other bad reviews.

Worst experience ever in a bank. All I need is change sometimes and I have to wait 30+ minutes to do that. Terrible bank.
