Their ATMs have had problems for years.They are real bad now.They told me they are charging a service fee for not having direct deposit. I had temporarily stopped direct dep. because covid caused me to be ferlode.

I'm not the type to put an overview but I read reviews. I went in for a temporary card and young lady told me that she had an appointment book and it does not take 10 minutes. I was told I had to wait 30 mins. I went into the Jones and Spring Mountain location it took just that 10 minutes for me to get a temporary card.
Friday night. 3 people behind the counter, only 1 windows open.
Worst bank I've ever been to. Bank employee did my deposit at the atm once and I never got the cash that was withdrawn. No drive thru, 2 teller max even during peak hours, no restroom for customers. Manager Ryan told me I can go somewhere else when I expressed my disdain to him.
Very badd customer service I stand in line for 15 minutes while the you explain to somebody about credit when I'm at a teller to make a deposit!! That line is for making deposits and getting money not for you this explain to people about their credit for 15 minutes with one teller open
Very slow workers and cant talk to bankers unless u make appt wen clearly they r just sitting there not doing anything cant take just a few minutes until their appt shows up
