The absolute worst !!! Don not care about customers at all Always at least 10 people in line with 1 window open with 6 other people walking or sitting around
This is my go-to location. I’ve never had any issues. I’m not too happy about tellers being appointment only but I get it keeps things organized and convenient if you have a scheduled time. They’re always timely and professional
No matter how long the line, they can never seem to get more than two tellers on duty.
the person that Greets you when you come and the door,asked for my info 15 minutes after she asked can she help me. She was helping her Nationality that just walked n the door after me
I came in to this bank i had several documents and when i first came in to the bank he asked me for my two forms of i.d i gave .then they was very rude the teller said she cant open my account because i had no proof of residency. Horrible service dont go to this Bank!!!!!!
Worst bank ever when it comes to efficiency. Any time of day the bank only has two bankers. There is currently three other workers just sitting at a desk, DOING NOTHING BUT STARING INTO SPACE. How can a company not cross train its employees with this much business coming through on a daily business!
I really don’t understand why there is always 2 people working on a Friday or the first of the month.
