Making people wait in 115 degree weather to go inside is NOT good customer service. Pandemic or not you really need to come up with a solution that isn't dangerous for your customer. Go to a different branch if you don't want to drop dead from heat exhaustion.

Online says they are open until 2pm on Saturday. I arrived there a little after 1pm and they were closed. Wasted my time and now don't have time to go anywhere else. Needed to do my deposits and get change for my business. This is completely ridiculous!

Just called oct 22nd 2019. Was put on hold for over 6 minutes

Ummm.... Yea come here and have gloria and her coeds have a good laugh in the back while their employees up front have no idea on how to handle their situation. Ridiculous that you have to wait 30 min to cash a check. Do not come here.

These people have the Manager glad hand you when you come, but I have never seen anything so insincere. Rather than make us wait 40 minutes in line, the Managers should help man the teller windows. Even when you get to the teller window, there is an arrogance about these people...they don't carer at all about us.
