U.S. Bank Branch

I mean does the phone number not work why is it every time I call nobody answers? I have called multiple times a day still no answer all I wanna do is close my account with you guys because you offer horrible customer service.

This lady was so rude to us. Cutting us off asking for our number. We gave it to her and still wasnt ready. For shame.

A good bank overall. Sometimes I don't get to talk to the banker I want. But for a free account, it's pretty good. I definitely get what I pay for!

I'm switching bank as soon as possible, the staff has really bad consumer service and have a negative vibe. They put me in a bad mood going there.

Worst bank ever they have two tellers long lines and teller is not informative they tell u anything to get your money I set up a bank account and then after that they closed my account just to say there's a identity problem with that being said they are so bad waist of time I'll never bank with them please do not bank here

Usbank is okay but they aren't the best bank in Las Vegas.
