Poor customer service from Cristina I hope the manager looks in how they speak to their clients. I wasn't even rude or hostile she must had a bad day but dont take out on customers.

The best people ever,and the service so nice.
Customer service is awful the entire staff is Hispanic and it shows they care more for there own kind then doing there job and when speaking to the manager i could tell right away she didnt care and even caught one of her employees lying about what they can and can not do she didn't even respond when i mentioned it to her.
Worst bank ever, for the last 3 weeks the atm outside is broken ,now I'm inside and have been waiting over 12 minutes to be helped and no one can help me but the 2 bankers that are busy meanwhile 8 employees are standing around talking
