I really loved the service that I received in this office. I was rejected in another office before coming to this one. But in this one I was treated very good and they did all they could to help me with my requests. The agent Luis Leon was AMAZING and very Clear when explaining every single document. Thanks

I hate this branch. It's always packed and when I get in the merchant line they tell me merchant line is closed. They never have more then one teller.

It took 40 minutes to get to the front of the line, then when I got up to the teller Bumri, I told her nicely that I'm late for work and she went slower, asking if she can text me a password. Total time there was almost 50 minutes. Plan early if going to this location

Terrible Services!!!!!!! Always.. Definitively i move my accounts to Chase bank.. No lines.. Open until Monday to Friday 6 and Saturdays until 2pm and no charges for my business account

Terrible service waiting in line for almost 2 hours only 2 tellers why is b of a always so slow so tired of them.

Out of the 3 ATMs one wasn't working and the other two had no cash. It was a waste of time to be in line just to find out there was no cash at the ATMs. Not the first time this happens

The manager in this bank it’s an clown and the employees rumbi and Cecilia Mendieta it’s orribile person and incompetent. Stay away from this bed bank, if you not want loose time.

This was the fastest and best experience I've ever had at a BOA. It only took 4 mins tops,in and out. Nicole Cruz was a doll and I would drive across town just for that experience again.
