Bad customer service. No greeting customers. Walk by without saying a word. Cant say I would ever recommend the branches here in Las Vegas. Most of them seem to be a your not driving a Lamborghini so your not worth my time kinda people.

I opened up an account with them and they charged more fees than I had money. It's a complete scam. Any other bank is better
Citibank lied to me about opening an account, cost me money and wasted 10 days of my time. They would not except my proof of resident. I went to Chase and was able to open an account with in an half hour with no problem.
