ATM kept my card and did not disperse money.  3 other people after me lost their cards also. Very frustrating that there isn't anyone there to talk to or help

Always close and doesn't have a banker who will assist you.

Doesn't feel like a very safe financial institution with a homeless shanty town built in the parking lot.
