I would like to thank a bank teller named Brenda, who went above and beyond the help I needed. My husband and I were visiting Las Vegas and had our wallet with debit card stolen. If it wasn't for her, I don't know how we would've enjoyed the rest of our trip! Thank you to our Angel.

This location has to be our favorite! The staff is so friendly and out going. Willing to help in any way! The manger is always top of things and extremely willing to take care of anything she possibly can!

When they first opened.. great experience and customer service- since, I have received the worst customer service, in friendly, nonchalant, I hate my job attitudes! I can get better service from a rock!

Every time I call they are experiencing a higher than normal call volume and make you hold for a half hour. Not to mention the mind numbing constant repetition of their record message. They have terrible over the phone service!

Always experience higher than normal call volumes. It's been an ongoing problem for months. Owner says they are working on it. I've never seen any improvement.

Their in person customer service is friendly, but the in-house protocol, regulations and fees puts the customer second.
