The staff at this BofA branch truly went out of their way to help me with a difficult issue.  I appreciated their help and professionalism.  They went above and beyond.

Ryan is great he got me in with a little wait Very friendly and great costumer services

Walked in.  Stood at the handicap window with an elderly,  blind Holocaust Survivor. Sat for 10 minutes without ANY acknowledgment until I got up and talked to an employee.  They talked right in front of us like they didn't see us.  5- 6  employees walking back and forth.   They aren't the blind. The customer was.

props to the manager and teller.  professional and helpful.  am here on vacation handling some business.  will keep this place in mind next time.
