Wells Fargo Bank

Teller doesn't count cash deposits in front of customer making the deposit. Then the money comes back 400 short. Shady. How does one dispute that. If teller doesn't first count money in front of client. Would not recommend cash deposits here. Hopefully the bank is able to review the cameras. But went back and there was a very long line, cause the place is short staffed. Perhaps why shady ways can be executed.

Alaways a pleasure to be a customer at this branch everyone is in a great mood for life in general never a sad or negative moment ,even when I have a bunch of one's too count they throw it in with a smile thank you Wells Fargo for being The Best of the best. Worst phone call and customer service ever! I did not catch her name but she was rude, made me feel incompetent with my questions, and had attitude. If someone has questions about banking information or procedures don't make comments or think that everyone knows what you know with banking. You are the subject matter expert and that is why people ask you the questions when it comes to banking or anything related. Don't assume everyone knows the banking lingo or how it works right off the bat. Work on your attitude, customer service, and the way you talk to people and present information. Even if I got rude at times because of your attitude, you should be the professional and handle it right but you didn't and you need to work on that and yourself. People like you make loyal bankers with Wells Fargo want to change banks immediately. Either work on your customer service or get a new job where you don't deal with people on a daily basis.

I have had more issues with their incompetent online service . They make it seem like they are doing you a favor by returning one OD fee when there is two and it is on their system . Both representative from the bank and phone representative mentioned to me how they have encounter the same problem with their own accounts for the bank they work for. If you are thinking of having a bank account here , DONt try a credit union first . Make this your last option. Their systems are flawed and even if you sign the no overdraft fees they have loop holes to make you pay them . I’m shaking of the anger I have with this company and how they are capable of cheating people of their money

It is very unfortunate that major branches aren’t open past 5pm in Las Vegas. If you go to an Albertsons branch at 5:30 like today the line was 25 people long. To make the situation worse, lucky all I needed to do was a deposit, so I stepped out of the line as people were complaining at an employ that was going Home and said she had been there all day, the atm was flashing on the screen not accepting deposits at this time. Official physical locations of branches should consider staying open till 6pm like MOST other States? Love that the Albertsons branches are open till 7 that’s Awsome but I seriously feel sorry for them to have to deal with massive amounts of clientele after everyone gets off work & can go to the bank. Maby take into account having extra employees on duty late on mondays & Friday’s? Especially on the 1st of the month? Really sucks to drive out if your way waste 45 min of your day & give up on completing what you need to accomplish. Come on wells fargo corporate get it together we all know you make money hand over fist.

Great experience! Family oriented branch, not like the bigger ones who don't care about your security and benefits as a customer. Don't go to the one on rainbow and flamingo, they don't know what they're doing! The employees are either new to the business or not knowledgeable in the field. The one on Jones and Tropicana , you'll see new faces every six months but the people there know what they're doing and they get so talented that they move up in positions faster than other places! I've been coming here since early 2000 and I don't mind driving all the way from Henderson just so I can have the excellent customer service they provide.

The clerk called Connie, what can I say,so unprofessional and rude.i don't think she likes what she does for life. I have been loyal customer with Wells Fargo and never had this kind of experience before.

The worst manjeri they have in this branch and she is not respectful person I been with Wells Fargo bank over 14 years I close my account because of her thanks to Bank of America I work with them

Absolutely horrible customer service at this branch. And I am now was a business customer.

Love Wells Fargo, they are always good to me. Good customer service in person and on the phone. Keep up the good work
